When working with a Client for an extended period of time it can be beneficial to have an independent Professional review of the case notes.

Reasons for using this service may include:

  • The case has been going on longer than originally anticipated with no clear outcome in sight.
  • The Client and Case Manager are unable to come to an agreement on the next course of action.
  • To ensure all processes, policies and procedures have been followed and that no steps or actions have been overlooked.
  • Preparation of a file prior to an audit or review hearing.

This service provides for an impartial review of long term or comprehensive files and includes a full written file summary with advice and suggestions on any future actions. It is not designed to criticise or set blame in any way on any past actions that have been undertaken and in fact may comment positively on the ways the case has been managed and initiatives used.
